Prayer Chain

We have a very active "prayer chain" of members who faithfully pray for various needs of the congregation, their families and friends, the community, and the world.  If you have a concern for which you would like to request prayer, we invite you to contact our church office at 253-472-4795 or e-mail our Administrative Assistant at wpcadmin@qwestoffice.net.

 

Deacons

Our Deacons minister to those who are in need, to the sick, to the friendless, and to any who may be in distress.  Each Deacon cares for a particular segment of the congregation by visiting them, praying for them, sending cards for special occasions or in the event of illness, and making sure that they have adequate food and shelter.  Deacons are also engaged in the ministry of setting up for our Communion services.  

Every Deacon is a member of our prayer chain, praying as requested for each need as it is passed along via telephone or e-mail.
